Responsible for all visual communications throughout the association. Brought a wide range of marketing materials - advertisement, newsletters, brochures, program guides, direct mailers, postcards, posters, flyers - from concept to completion under tight deadlines. Developed all interior and exterior signage for the SRYMCA's five locations. Was responsible for social media marketing, as well as website re-design and consistent updating.
Researched trends and developed strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of Y's mission. Created and implemented processes that streamlined workflow and trained staff on effective uses of national branding standards. Led marketing meetings and motivated team to engage 27,000+ local members through visual communications.

Was responsible for developing and executing creative visual solutions, from initial concept to final production. Supervised, managed and delegated work to copywriters, design consultants, and print vendors, while taking the lead in re-branding a 55+ year old company through print and digital media.
Other tasks included: communicating with clients on a regular basis; creating presentations for meetings; budgeting and producing purchase orders; organizing and maintaining archives; researching trends/client history and developing creative briefs; visiting printing presses; continuing to develop skills and software knowledge through the use of workshops and tutorials.
